La macchina é dotata di un registro scorrevole con regolazione
millimetrica e ha la possibilità di inclinare il piano per tagli
a 45 °.
Un sistema di fotocellule arresta la lama in caso di emergenza.
La lama viene affilata in automatico da due mole posizionate sul corpo
macchina.

Sie wurde konzipiert, um den Raumbedarf auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren
und gleichzeitig alle Betriebseigenschaften und die bequeme
Anwendbarkeit beizubehalten.
Sie eignet sich für Studien, Modelle und Entwürfe. Mit der Maschine
können Polyurethane beliebiger Dichte, Schaumgummi und Polystyrol
geschnitten werden. Das Maschinenbett ist bis zu max. 200 cm verfahrbar.
Sie besitzt eine Meßlehre mit Feineinstellung und der Sägetisch
ist für Winkelschnitte um 45° schwenkbar.
Ein Fotozellen-System sorgt im Notfall für den Stillstand des Sägebandes.
Das Bandsägeblatt wird von zwei auf der Maschine montierten Schleifscheiben
automatisch geschliffen. |

Útil par estudios, muestras y diseño, se ha proyectado para
reducir al mínimo los problemas de espacio, manteniendo inalteradas
todas las características de funcionamiento y practicidad.
La máquina puede cortar poliuretano de cualquier densidad, goma espuma
y poliester. Tiene una plataforma corredera con una carrera máxima
de 200 cm. La máquina está dotada de un calibre corredero
con ajuste milimétrico y de la posibilidad de inclinar el tablero
para cortes de 45°.
Un sistema de células fotoeléctricas detiene la cuchilla en
caso de emergencia. La cuchilla se afila automáticamente gracias
a dos muelas que están colocadas sobre el cuerpo de la máquina. |
