Silos SR3 is an ideal machine for filling cushions with short/medium-length
fibres (polyester, comforel, foam, expanded polyurethane, blends.)The machine has a cylindrical bin with a working volume of 3 mc. and a filler with an electronic scale that calibrates the filling material. Silos SR3 is normally available for one operator but has been designed for two operators. An electronic unit automatically controls all the machine’s functions from feeding of material into the bin to filling the cushions with the appropriate quantity of desired material. The entire operation lasts 15 to 30 seconds depending on the settings for speed and the quantity of material. The weight settings vary between 50 and 2,500 grams. There are 3 weight preset buttons on the control panel. The operator’s hands are free thanks to the use of a foot pedal. |
IDer Silos SR3 ist eine Maschine zum Füllen von Kissen mit Mate-rialien
mittelkurzer Faser (Polyester, Comforel, Daunen, Polyurethan-schaumstoff,
Materialmischungen). Der zylinderförmige Behälter mit einem Nutzraum von ca. 3 m3 ist an eine Füllmaschine angeschlossen, die mit einer elektronischen Waage zum Wiegen des Füllmaterials aus-gestattet ist. Er wird mit einem Arbeitsplatz geliefert, ist aber bereits für einen etwaigen zweiten Arbeitsplatz ausgelegt. Ein elektronisches System steuert alle Funktionen der Maschine automatisch: vom Laden des Materials in den Silos bis zum Füllen der Kissen mit der gewünschten Füllmenge. Die gesamte Operation bestehend aus Wiegen und Füllen dauert 15 -30 Sekunden, je nach eingestellter Geschwindigkeit und Füllmenge. Das Gewicht ist zwischen 50 und 2500 Gramm einstellbar. Über das Bedienpult kann die Maschine mit drei zuvor gespeicherten Gewichten arbeiten. Das Füllen wird durch ein Pedal gesteuert, wodurch die Hände des Maschinenbedieners frei bleiben. |
El silo SR 3 es una máquina para rellenar cojines con material de
fibra medio corta (poliéster, conforel, plumón, espuma de
poliuretano, mezclas). La máquina se compone de un silo cilíndrico con un volumen útil de unos 3 metros cúbicos, combinado con una rellenadora dotada de una balanza electrónica para ajustar la cantidad de material que se introducirá en los cojines. Consiente el trabajo de un operador, pero está configurado para poder aceptar el de dos. El silo SR3 está dirigido por un sistema electrónico que controla automáticamente todas las funciones: desde la carga del material en el silo al relleno de los cojines con la cantidad de material deseada. Toda la operación dura de 15 a 30 segundos, según se hayan configurado las velocidades y la cantidad de material. La programación del peso varía entre 50 y 2.500 gramos. Mediante el panel de control es posible emplear tres pesos previamente programados. La instrucción para el llenado se realiza con un pedal, por lo cual quedan libres las manos del operador. |
