Jumbo is our top cushion covering machine.Full automation makes covering cushions easy. Just place the cushion in the machine, which automatically adjusts to the desired size and press the foot pedal to extract the cushion with its cover. Once the operation is over and the cushion removed the rods open automatically and are ready for the next cushion. In less than 20 seconds. Cushion size can be regulated by adjusting the lever on the front panel to the desired cm size. Three groups of photoelectric sensors start the working cycles, and block them in the case of faults, emergencies or incorrect use. The machine also removes cushion covers automatically. |
Jumbo ist das Spitzenmodell der Polsterbeziehmaschinen. Durch den vollautomatischen
Betrieb ist das Beziehen der Polster ohne die geringste Kraftanstrengung
seitens des Maschinenbedieners möglich. Es reicht ein Polster einzulegen. Es wird dann automatisch auf das gewünschte Maß zusammengedrückt, und auf Pedaldruck wird es hochgefahren und der Bezug übergezogen. Nach dieser Operation und nach Entnehmen des Polsters stellen sich die Stangen für die nächste Operation automatisch auf ihre Ausgangsposition zurück. Das Ganze in weniger als 20 Sekunden. Das Polstermaß wird durch Verstellen der frontseitigen Hebel auf die gewünschten Zentimeter eingestellt. Drei Gruppen von Sensoren mit Fotozellen betätigen alle Arbeitszyklen und sperren diese im Fall von Fehlern, im Notfall oder bei nicht sachgemäßer Anwendung. Auch das automatische Abziehen der Polsterbezüge ist möglich. |
El modelo Jumbo es la mejor de las enfundadoras. Gracias al funcionamiento
completamente automático, se enfundan los cojines y las sin el mínimo
esfuerzo por parte del operario. Es suficiente introducir el cojín en la máquina y, automáticamente, éste se reducirá al tamaño deseado y, oprimiendo el pedal, se sacará y calzará en su forro. Una vez finalizada la operación, sacando el cojín, las varillas se vuelven a abrir automáticamente y se colocan en posición para la operación sucesiva. Todo ello en menos de 20 segundos. Para ajustar el relleno del cojín se coloca la palanca del panel frontal en los centímetros deseados. Tres grupos de sensores con células fotoeléctricas accionan todos los ciclos de trabajo y bloquean los mismos en caso de defectos, emergencias o uso incorrecto. Además, la máquina pude sacar los cojines automáticamente. |
