Questo banco é stato studiato appositamente per il taglio della pelle.
Grazie al piano girevole, all’inclinazione variabile e al sistema di sollevamento rende il taglio della pelle facile e veloce.
Il banco da 240 cm permette all’operatore di vedere l’intera pelle definendo quali aree tagliare.
Possono essere posizionate più dime contemporaneamente e si esegue l’operazione di taglio senza doversi spostare facendo ruotare il banco.
Il banco può essre inclinato fino a 45° e si solleva fino a 110 cm creando le migliori condizioni di lavoro per l’operatore.
Su richiesta pianale tondo in panforte o pianale in Neoblok (specifico per il taglio).

The rotating bench has been developed for cutting leather.
The features of this pneumatic bench optimise the leather cutting process by making it functional, quick and easy.
The 240 cm bench allows the person cutting to see the entire piece of leather and decide which areas to cut.
Several templates can be placed on the leather at the same time. The person cutting simply rotates the bench without having to move.
Pneumatic pistons allow the bench to be inclined at a 45° angle, as well as be raised to 110 cm and lowered to 80 cm for ease of use.
Round wooden panforte or Neoblock platform specifically designed for cutting leather also available.

Dieser drehbare Werktisch wurde für das Zuschneiden von Leder entworfen und hergestellt.
Dank der drehbaren Arbeitsplatte, der einstellbaren Neigung und dem Hubsystem wird der Zuschnitt des Leders einfach und schnell.
Der Arbeiter hat den vollen Überblick über das auf dem Werktisch mit 240 cm Durchmesser ganz ausgebreitete Leder und kann die zu schneidenden Teile bestimmen.
Mehrere Schablonen des Modells können gleichzeitig auf das Leder gelegt werden. Während des Zuschneidens läßt man die Bank drehen und braucht dabei nicht die Arbeitsstellung zu wechseln.
Der Werktisch kann um 45° geschwenkt, bis auf 110 cm angehoben und bis auf 80 cm abgesenkt werden, um die beste Arbeitsposition schaffen zu können.
Auf Anfrage runde Arbeitsplatte aus Holz (Panforte) oder Neoblok-Platte (spezielle Ausführung für das Zuschneiden).
Die drehbaren Werkbänke sind auch in kundenspezifischen Abmessungen lieferbar.

La mesa giratoria se ha estudiado especificamente para el corte de la piel. Gracias al plano giratorio, a la inclinación variable y al sistema de alzado, el corte de la piel se convierte en una tarea fácil y veloz.
El tablero de 240 cm. permite que el operario vea la piel en su conjunto, definiendo las área que debe cortar.
Se puden colocar diferentes atrones simultáneamente y se realiza la operación de corte sin desplazarse, girando la mesa.
La mesa se puede inclinar hasta 45° y se levanta hasta 110 cm., creando unas condiciones de trabajo óptimas para el operador.
A petición del cliente se puede suministrar el tablero redondo en conglomerado o en Neoblok (específico para el corte).
